At Aesir Contracting, we specialize in commercial concrete and framing projects, with most of our work based on Vancouver Island. The company is owner-led by Jon, whose leadership comes from over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with projects throughout British Columbia.

Jon began his career in residential construction as a labourer, learning the trade from the ground up. After earning his Red Seal, he moved into commercial construction, where he led crews, managed complex scopes of work, and delivered projects under demanding schedules. That experience directly shapes how Aesir operates today.

Under Jon’s direction, the team focuses on planning, accountability, and doing quality work. On every job, Aesir applies practical experience and skilled craftsmanship, from detailed concrete formwork to precise framing.

Aesir values clear communication and building long-term relationships with developers, general contractors, and fellow trades. The goal is straightforward: lead well, build right.
