The story behind Aesir
Aesir is owner-led by Jon, whose leadership comes from 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with projects throughout British Columbia.
Jon began his career in residential construction building custom homes in the Okanagan, learning the trade from the ground up. After earning his Red Seal as a carpenter, he expanded into commercial construction, where he led crews, managed complex scopes of work, and delivered projects under demanding schedules. That experience directly shapes how Aesir operates today.
Under Jon’s direction, the team focuses on planning, accountability, and doing quality work. On every job, Aesir applies practical experience and skilled craftsmanship, from detailed concrete formwork to precise framing.
Aesir values clear communication and building long-term relationships with developers, general contractors, and fellow trades. The goal is simple: lead well, build right.
